Safety Advisory Group (Local Authority, Police, Fire, Medical etc) scrutinize plans in relation to event safety and delivery.

Local Authority Monitoring – Council officers check arrangements in real-time to ensure compliance with plans.

Local Public Consultation, to ensure local residents’ and Business’ issues are considered and incorporated into the planning and delivery of the event.

Creation of a dedicated Community website and ensuring regular two-way communications with the local area and neighbours.

We will appoint a Community Liaison for the event. During the event the CL’S remit will be to ensure any community issues are recorded, are dealt with promptly, and that any actions are reviewed.
